AmaginGames is a video game developer and publisher for various devices and platforms. This policy describes how AmaginGames and its third-party marketing and advertising partners collect, use, process and share information about you.
We may refer to AmaginGames as "We" or "Us".
This Privacy Policy applies to all of our games, whether played on our website www.AmaginGames.com, on mobile devices, PCs or on other platforms such as Facebook. It also applies to our Marketing and Advertising activities on all platforms and other services that we will provide to you from time to time. In this Privacy Policy we refer to our games, websites, marketing and advertising activities and other services collectively as our "Application" or “Services”.
When you download, access and/or play our games, or interact with our websites or other Services, you acknowledge the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including AmaginGames’s and our advertising partners’ use of your data for targeted advertising purposes as described in the Marketing and Advertising sections of this Privacy Policy. Those sections also explain how you can give your consent by opting in, or withhold or withdraw your consent to the use of your data for targeted advertising purposes. When you interact with one of our games, or any AmaginGames – owned website or video game – we may collect and store information from you directly as described below:
We may allow you to “register” with Us by using your email address to create an account or profile within the game.
Your email address is considered private and is stored on our server as an identifier for your account. We use it if you forget your password to send you the link to the webpage where you can change your password.
Your password is private and encrypted and we don't know it.
In some games, you may create a network nickname (IGN) for multiplayer games. This nickname is considered public and will be presented to other players inside the game and on our website in leaderboards. Search engines may index this page and your nickname.
When you register for our newsletter we will email you updates about our games and any of our future projects. If you no longer wish to receive these emails you can unsubscribe at any time by following a link in the emails you receive.
Advertisement providers may use geo-location to deliver region bounded ad campaigns. You'll find more information on this subject in the Advertising section below & third-party products and services section.
All billing and financial information is processed by third-parties (such as: Apple, Google, Valve, etc). AmaginGames does not store any billing information regarding its customers’ purchases.
When you ask for assistance from our Customer Support team, we will collect contact information you provide (generally your name and email address) for the time needed to solve your problem. After this time (about a month after last contact) your emails and email address will be deleted.
When you download, access and/or play our games or use our other Services, we collect information about you. Most of this data comes directly from you or your device, such as device information, country and region, and game play information. We use this data to provide our games and Services to you, including for the purposes of optimisation, preventing fraud, customizing in-game offers and verifying purchases. We will also use it for the other purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, including for Marketing and Advertising purposes.
We analyze saved game data stored on our server to create the best player experience or provide support to our customers.
You have full right to permanently delete all information you provided (email, password, nickname) from our database. In this process you’ll also lose all your game progress backed up on our servers. To do that, you have to contact our Customer Support team ([email protected]) using email used to set up an account. Account will be deleted in reasonable time depending on the number of support inquiries.
We will share your information (in some cases personal information) with third-parties, that is parties other than AmaginGames, in the following circumstances:
We will provide your information to third-party companies to perform services on our behalf like data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service and to assist us in our marketing efforts. We direct all such third-party service providers to maintain the confidentiality of the information disclosed to them and to not use your information for any purpose other than to provide services on AmaginGames.’ behalf.
Our games are supported via advertising, and collect data to help the Application serve ads. We may work with analytics companies to help us understand how the Application is being used, such as the frequency and duration of usage. We work with advertisers and third-party advertising networks, who need to know how you interact with advertising provided in the Application which helps us keep the cost of the Application low.
Advertisers and advertising networks use some of the information collected by the Application, including the unique identification ID of your mobile device. To protect the anonymity of this information, we use encryption technology to help ensure that these third-parties can’t identify you personally. These third-parties may also obtain information about your non-precise location information (e.g., your zip code), and other non-precise location information in order to help analyze and serve anonymous targeted advertising on the Application and elsewhere.
We will share your information with third-parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
1. As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
2. When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
3. With our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
4. If AmaginGames is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at [email protected]. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
Opt-out of all information collection by uninstalling the Application – you can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Our websites and games may contain advertisements from companies other than AmaginGames that may link to their own websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites. If you have any questions about how these other websites use your information, you should review their policies and contact them directly.
We are committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application.
